Mission Statement

The Latina Postdoc Collective is dedicated to building a strong and supportive community for Latina postdoctoral fellows, researchers, early career scholars, and doctoral students. Our mission is to provide a validating and community-based platform for networking, mentorship, and professional development that includes our cultural and shared identities.
